Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior kitchen or food service experience helpful but not required
- ability to stand or walk for 4 to 8 hours continuously
- ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
- ability to push, pull, and reach above the shoulder occasionally
- able to kneel, squat, or climb stairs occasionally
- able to lift or carry weights up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to perform fine hand manipulation
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years of age or older
- have reliable transportation to and from work
- keep the kitchen clean with daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- be flexible with scheduling
- willing to work nights and weekends
- passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Job Duties
- complete light food prep daily
- make tacos on an assembly line
- maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- use fryers and other kitchen equipment
- work collaboratively with team members
- multitask during fast-paced service
- perform other duties as assigned
