Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years of age or older
- previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
- able to stand or walk for 4 to 8 hours at a time
- able to perform hand and wrist work including grasping, bending, and twisting
- able to occasionally push, pull, and reach above shoulder level
- able to occasionally kneel, squat, or climb stairs
- able to occasionally perform fine hand manipulations
- able to lift or carry 0 to 25 pounds continuously, occasionally lift or carry 25 to 50 pounds, and seldom lift over 50 pounds
- reliable transportation

- must have reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to keep the kitchen clean using daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- ability to be flexible with schedule
- willingness to work nights and weekends
- passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
- good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Make light food prep daily including cutting and assembling ingredients
- prepare tacos quickly and accurately on the assembly line
- maintain cleanliness in the kitchen including daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- use fryers and other kitchen equipment to make fresh shells and chips
- wash dishes and share responsibilities with teammates
- multitask in a fast-paced environment and assist others as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
