Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience
- Ability to follow Ruby Slipper standards and recipes consistently
- Must maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers and team members
- Capability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours)
- Willingness to work only day shifts
Job Qualifications

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation

Job Duties
- Prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- Plate and garnish cooked items appropriately
- Follow Ruby Slipper’s standards and recipes consistently
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front-of-house team
- Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen policies
