Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Light cleaning duties including taking out trash and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Must be able to read and write
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant experience
- Ability to follow cooking charts and recipes accurately
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the Kitchen Manager
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Understands FIFO rotation
- Must be able to stand for periods up to 8 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

- Follow cooking charts and recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen manager and team members to ensure smooth operations
