As a Twin Peaks Heart of House Line Cook, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest. This position emphasizes the importance of discipline, precision, and teamwork to maintain the brand’s extreme standards in food quality and safety. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
  • successful completion of HOH training and other required certifications
  • adherence to uniform policies
  • ability to maintain personal hygiene as required
  • no jewelry allowed in ears, face, neck or wrists
  • clean shaven or well-maintained facial hair
  • trimmed fingernails
  • compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand prep recipes and line build procedures
  • ability to apply common sense to carry out simple instructions
  • ability to deal with standardized situations
  • successful completion of Twin Peaks HOH training program
  • completion of required food and alcohol service certifications

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to prep and line build recipes
  • checking quality of ingredients
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as a team
