Job Requirements
- Strong cooking skills with ability to follow recipes and presentation standards
- ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- excellent time management and multitasking skills
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- high school diploma or equivalent required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 months cooking experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel
- experience preparing à la carte, buffet, banquet, and hors d’oeuvres
- ability to open and set up kitchen stations
- knowledge of sauce and soup preparation
- familiarity with menu execution and presentation standards
- understanding of food storage and temperature control
- ability to work as part of a team and assist other kitchen departments
