Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume line cook roles
- Experience in full-service hotel cooking preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume line cooking
- Experience in full-service hotel cooking preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor quality control for hot food items including meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks and seasonings
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
- Prepare guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and always comply with food sanitation standards
- Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen and ensure plates are clean and appetizing
- Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
