  • previous golf course experience preferred
  • proven skillset in prep, saute, fry, and banquets preferred
  • strong culinary skills
  • knowledge of food safety procedures and certifications
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • lead and manage the back of the house food operation in the absence of the kitchen manager
  • ensure kitchen facilities meet and adhere to all safety and sanitation codes
  • complete and fill customer orders properly and in a timely manner
  • work flexible schedules including morning and evening shifts
  • deliver superior food and beverage products and service surpassing customer expectations
  • assist in banquet and special event food preparation and execution
  • maintain inventory control and assist with purchasing and menu development
