Job Duties
- Complete and pass required training modules
- know the weekly work schedule and arrive on time
- communicate with Executive Chef or Sous Chef about specials and events
- set up station and carry out food preparation
- re-stock and maintain food product levels
- handle, store, and rotate products properly
- produce food items following recipes and standards
- prepare food for guests with allergies
- maintain a clean and organized workstation
- perform side and closing duties
- assist with kitchen and storage area cleaning and organization
- follow reporting procedures for spills and incidents
- demonstrate teamwork and assist team members
- cross-train in other kitchen roles
- follow all policies and procedures
- attend team meetings
- communicate guest requests or complaints to Managers
- assist with training and supervision as experienced
- perform other related duties
