Job Duties

  • Complete and pass required training modules
  • know the weekly work schedule and arrive on time
  • communicate with Executive Chef or Sous Chef about specials and events
  • set up station and carry out food preparation
  • re-stock and maintain food product levels
  • handle, store, and rotate products properly
  • produce food items following recipes and standards
  • prepare food for guests with allergies
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • perform side and closing duties
  • assist with kitchen and storage area cleaning and organization
  • follow reporting procedures for spills and incidents
  • demonstrate teamwork and assist team members
  • cross-train in other kitchen roles
  • follow all policies and procedures
  • attend team meetings
  • communicate guest requests or complaints to Managers
  • assist with training and supervision as experienced
  • perform other related duties
