Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a food preparation role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Basic knife skills

- Prior experience as a line cook or similar role
- Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and procedures

Job Duties
- Ability to broil, grille and/or saute, and to handle knives
