Job Requirements
- 2+ years in a line cook position in a similar environment
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
- English fluency
- Additional languages preferred but not required

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a line cook in a similar environment
- Strong passion for food and culinary techniques
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with standard kitchen equipment and cooking methods
- Proficient in English
- Additional languages preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Responsible for all aspects of kitchen operations including preparation, cooking, and portioning of food
- Maintain and properly use all kitchen equipment including fryers, blenders, food processors, mixers, and rotisserie
- Ensure prep duties are excellently prepped, seasoned, and cooked to standards by the designated time
- Follow standard operating procedures of all recipes, techniques, and build sheets as taught
- Responsible for correct product storage, including labeling and dating
- Maintain properly sharpened knives and tools with proficiency in knife skills
- Maintain a clear dish station including chemicals, janitorial supplies, and health department standards
- Support the team during call-outs, catering, and other needs
- Enforce Department of Health standards to keep kitchen spaces tidy and hold team accountable
