Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience
- 2+ years in a Line Cook role
- High volume, scratch, or upscale kitchen experience
- Ability to stand and walk for a long period of time
- Ability to carry and lift heavy objects
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Manage your station on the line with professionalism, cleanliness, and excellence in quality
- Must have excellent attention to detail, and accuracy with controlled speed/tempo
- Clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment
- Work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines for client food orders
- Operate, clean and maintain all equipment required in job functions
- Ability to follow and execute recipes accurately
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team with a great attitude and support
