Previous restaurant experience
Ability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Qualifications

2+ years in a Line Cook role
High volume, scratch, or upscale kitchen experience
Previous restaurant experience
Ability to stand and walk for a long period of time
Ability to carry and lift heavy objects
Good oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Organization and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills

Job Duties

Manage your station on the line with professionalism, cleanliness, and excellence in quality
Must have excellent attention to detail, and accuracy with controlled speed/tempo
Clear thinker, remain calm and resolve problems using good judgment
Work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines for client food orders
Operate, clean and maintain all equipment required in job functions
Ability to follow and execute recipes accurately
Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team with a great attitude and support
