Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- A minimum of two years line experience in high volume restaurant industry preferred

- Must possess superior food knowledge
- Must be familiar with cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Must be a team player, and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
Job Duties
- Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene and sanitary conditions at all times
- Ensures venue product and dining experience surprises and delights the guests
- Follows standardized recipes to ensure accuracy with food orders
- Prepare food and cook food for guests
- Complete all pre-shift work and break down stations after close following the guidelines of the open/close checklist
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal controls, policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
