Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one years experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
- Ability to bend or lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Duties
- Complete tasks assigned in a timely efficient manner
- Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or Manager
- Cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- Restock station when necessary
- Assist at another station when necessary
- Manage the quality of food items and store food products correctly (FIFO)
- Assist with cleaning projects
- Assist in control of inventory and supplies
- Perform all other duties assigned
