Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- the ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for extended periods
- the ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks
- the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- experience working with hot kitchen elements and cleaning materials
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Complete tasks assigned in a timely efficient manner
- communicate all kitchen related needs to chef or manager
- cook and plate all food according to recipe specifications
- weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- restock station when necessary
- assist at another station when necessary
- manage the quality of food items and store food products correctly (FIFO)
- assist with cleaning projects
- assist in control of inventory and supplies
- perform all other duties assigned
