Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience
  • Food safety and sanitation knowledge, certification preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to stand for long shifts
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and brunch hours

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of kitchen experience as a Line Cook or similar role
  • Proficiency with grill, fry, and sauté cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation with certification preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to reliably work nights, weekends, and brunch shifts
  • Organizational skills and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items on grill, fry, and sauté stations
  • Execute dishes consistently according to specifications
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members
  • Lead or support a small team under five staff members
  • Ensure punctuality and organization during shifts
