Job Requirements
- Education: bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: four to six years related experience
- Ability to read and comprehend spreadsheets and P&L statements

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules
- Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning, ensuring food is at the correct temperature and visually appealing
- Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain records
- Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Store or discard excess food in accordance with safe food handling procedures
- Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and ensure food and supply items are stored per standards
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assist in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required
- Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents immediately
- Attend in-service and safety meetings
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers
- Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by Sous Chefs and Executive Chef
