Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a culinary role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours
- strong knife skills
- willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

- Previous experience in a professional kitchen
- knowledge of both hot line cooking and garde manger techniques
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook hot menu items such as proteins, vegetables, and sauces using standard club recipes and techniques
- execute a la carte and banquet service with speed, accuracy, and quality
- set up and maintain your station with all required mise en place and tools
- assist with private dining events, outdoor cookouts, and special functions
- prepare and plate cold menu items including composed salads, cold appetizers, dressings, and charcuterie boards
- maintain precision in plating with attention to color, texture, and detail
- ensure cold items are stored properly and rotated in compliance with safety standards
