- State sanitation certificate
- 3-4 years of related advanced food service and cooking experience
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook to order foods requiring short to mid-level preparation time
- Operate grill station and serve customers at an a la carte
- Follow federal, state, and corporate food standards and regulations
- Read and prepare food orders according to instructions
- Provide highest quality service to customers
- Prepare food using recipes and product directions for soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other items
- Operate kitchen equipment to measure, mix ingredients, and prep food
- Taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, and keep production records
- Attend allergy and foodborne illness training and apply food safety principles
- Receive inventory and prepare meals for special diets
- Produce batch goods using classical cooking techniques
- Take and record food temperatures
- Plate food with attention to appearance
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Assist with set ups, break down and clean serving lines
- Record, label, and store food properly
- Comply with safety and risk management policies
- Participate in safety meetings and training
