Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
  • Follow instructions from executive or sous chef
  • Clean up station and label leftover food
  • Stock inventory following guidelines
  • Ensure food quality, timing, and simultaneous serving
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
