  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Food handler's certification or ability to obtain within the first week

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • Ensure food is cooked, seasoned, and plated to Courthouse standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and kitchen organization
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Support other kitchen duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Head Chef
