Job Requirements
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Food handler's certification or ability to obtain within the first week

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Ensure food is cooked, seasoned, and plated to Courthouse standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and kitchen organization
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Support other kitchen duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Head Chef
