  • prior experience in food preparation preferred
  • ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50 pounds
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to work in a busy and noisy environment
  • willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • ability to work on-site in person

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes and special requests
  • work a variety of hours including weekends and holidays
  • safely and effectively use all necessary kitchen tools and equipment
  • communicate effectively to follow job requirements
  • multitask calmly in a busy environment
  • work in confined and crowded spaces with variable noise and temperature
  • move and lift items up to 50 pounds

  • maintain food safety and quality standards
  • read thermometers accurately
  • communicate food delays or issues to Coordinator
  • maintain menu item counts and inform Management when below minimum
  • account accurately for all items from the station
  • understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders
  • comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • follow all company policies and conditions of employment
  • collaborate well with team members
  • perform other duties as assigned
