Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant and/or hospitality industry
- serve safe certification
- ability to work day and early-evening shifts
- capability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- good teamwork and communication skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant and/or hospitality industry
- serve safe certification
- knowledge of sanitation and HAACP certification is a plus
Job Duties
- prepare and cook high-quality meals across diverse menus including special diets
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
- assist with inventory and stock management
- support continuous improvement and innovation in menu offerings
- participate in training and development opportunities
