Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant and/or hospitality industry
  • serve safe certification
  • ability to work day and early-evening shifts
  • capability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • good teamwork and communication skills
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in restaurant and/or hospitality industry
  • serve safe certification
  • knowledge of sanitation and HAACP certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook high-quality meals across diverse menus including special diets
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
  • assist with inventory and stock management
  • support continuous improvement and innovation in menu offerings
  • participate in training and development opportunities
