Job Requirements
- Valid California Food Handlers Card
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Ability to multitask and handle a workload
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to work full time: morning shift of 8am-4:30pm or an afternoon/evening shift of 2pm-11pm, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays

- Ability to multitask and handle a workload
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work full time: morning shift of 8am-4:30pm or an afternoon/evening shift of 2pm-11pm, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and chopping vegetables, meat and fish
- Cook and present dishes according to chef's specifications, including following recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels as needed
- Communicate effectively with other team members, including the kitchen staff and management
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work full time: morning shift of 8am-4:30pm or an afternoon/evening shift of 2pm-11pm, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays
