Job Requirements
- Must have a valid California Food Handlers Card
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Ability to work full time including morning shift from 8am-4:30pm or afternoon/evening shift from 2pm-11pm
- Must be available to work Fridays Saturdays Sundays and Holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing and chopping vegetables meat and fish
- Cook and present dishes according to Chef's specifications including following recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels as needed
- Communicate effectively with other team members including the kitchen staff and management
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work full time including mornings or afternoon/evening shifts on Fridays Saturdays Sundays and Holidays
