Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid California Food Handlers Card
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar role
  • Ability to work full time including morning shift from 8am-4:30pm or afternoon/evening shift from 2pm-11pm
  • Must be available to work Fridays Saturdays Sundays and Holidays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills

  • Available to work full time including mornings or afternoon/evening shifts on Fridays Saturdays Sundays and Holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking including washing and chopping vegetables meat and fish
  • Cook and present dishes according to Chef's specifications including following recipes and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area including washing dishes and utensils and maintaining inventory levels as needed
  • Communicate effectively with other team members including the kitchen staff and management
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Work full time including mornings or afternoon/evening shifts on Fridays Saturdays Sundays and Holidays
