Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Good understanding of reading and preparing recipes
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure food presentation meets the Gold Standard
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Assist in educating residents and staff about healthy food options
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining staff to provide excellent service
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Manage inventory and stock kitchen supplies as needed
