Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler's card upon starting
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
- Flexible to work either 6:30 am to 2 pm or 11:30 am to 7 pm shifts

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for dinnerware, glassware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods
- Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and sanitary
- Comply with federal, state, and local standards for community operation
- Incorporate Generations' mission, vision, and values into daily work and interactions
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of the team
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Adhere to food handler and safety protocols
