Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching
- Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable performing continuous repetitive motions
- Must be able to work in environments that may be hot, humid, and noisy
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a culinary or food service role
- Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and familiarity with all line positions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
- Resume must include recent work history relevant to the position
Job Duties
- Set up, operate, maintain, and break down assigned workstation in accordance with performance standards
- Prepare food items and meals by accurately following recipes, instructions, and guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and cared for
- Comply with all state and local health and food safety regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall kitchen operations
