Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two plus years food service experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends and full-time hours
- Successful completion of background check, fingerprint clearance, physical exam, TB test, and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Two plus years food service experience in a restaurant, hospital or senior living retirement community
- Understanding of overall food service production
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Experience in quality food production and dining service
- Ability to work weekends and full shifts
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation
Job Duties
- Prepare food in a timely fashion
- Follow recipes accurately
- Prepare food throughout the day as needed
- Maintain proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
- Deliver quality food production
- Provide excellent dining service
- Adhere to state and federal food safety regulations
