The Tradition Senior Living is currently seeking a full-time Line Cook for its Houston - Buffalo Speedway community. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of meal quality and presentation that the organization is known for. The Line Cook will be responsible for the timely preparation of meals following approved recipes and presentation guides, ensuring that every dish meets the established standards of taste and appearance. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment that complies with all health and safety regulations, assisting with inventory control, and supporting the receiving process for supplies and food products.

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Line Cook will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong culinary skills, organizational abilities, and an understanding of restaurant-style service with respect to meal preparation, presentation, and timing.
