- Prepare quality food
- ensure quality and timeliness of meal service
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas
- ensure appealing meal presentation including plate and entrée availability
- interact effectively with residents and guests
- maintain food production records, temperature logs, and cleaning schedules
- manage inventory control
