Job Duties

  • Managing timing to serve food at the right temperature and promptly

  • Coordinating with other line cooks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
  • Maintaining cleanliness and following food safety protocols
  • Managing inventory and supplies, assisting with stock rotation
  • Accommodating dietary restrictions and special requests
  • Communicating effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
