Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a kitchen environment

  • Physical stamina to work long hours on feet in a hot, fast-paced kitchen

Job Duties

  • Prepping ingredients by washing, chopping, marinating, and portioning meats, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients
  • Preparing cooking stations and ensuring all necessary tools and ingredients are ready before service
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas following food safety protocols
  • Cooking dishes according to recipes and standards using methods such as grilling, sautéing, frying, boiling, and baking
  • Plating and presenting food to meet the restaurant’s visual and quality standards
  • Managing order timing to ensure all parts of an order are completed simultaneously and served promptly
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff and communicating effectively to maintain workflow and order accuracy
