Job Duties
- Prepare and serve meals according to menus prepared by the Dietary Manager and Head Cook
- Act as Head Cook for certain shifts every pay period
- Adhere to prescribed diets of the residents or dietary requests from management
- Ensure food is prepared, served and stored using proper sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and timeliness of meal service
