Job Duties
- Prepare all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance including soups, appetizers, sides, and main dishes
- Ensure consistent excellence in quality, temperature, and presentation of all food
- Maintain assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Comply with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
- Operate and maintain kitchen tools and equipment properly
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to provide quality services to residents
