Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience working as a prep line cook in hotel restaurant country club or other similar industry
Job Duties
- Prepares all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance standardized recipes and special dietary orders including soups appetizers sides and main dishes
- Ensures consistent excellence in quality temperature and presentation of all food
- Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Complies with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
- Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment
- Works collaboratively and cooperatively with FOH to provide quality services to our residents
