Job Requirements

  • Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening required

Job Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience working as a prep line cook in hotel restaurant country club or other similar industry

Job Duties

  • Prepares all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance standardized recipes and special dietary orders including soups appetizers sides and main dishes
  • Ensures consistent excellence in quality temperature and presentation of all food
  • Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
  • Complies with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
  • Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment
  • Works collaboratively and cooperatively with FOH to provide quality services to our residents
