Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience working as a prep/line cook in hotel, restaurant, country club or other similar industry
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and special dietary requirements
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
- Availability to work full-time schedule as specified

Job Duties
- Prepares all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance, standardized recipes and special dietary orders, including soups, appetizers, sides, and main dishes
- Ensures consistent excellence in quality, temperature and presentation of all food
- Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Complies with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
- Knowledge of proper operation and maintenance of kitchen tools and equipment
- Works collaboratively and cooperatively with FOH to provide quality services to our residents
