Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in food preparation or line cooking
- Ability to follow standardized recipes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work full-time schedule as specified
- Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience working as a prep or line cook in hotel, restaurant, country club or similar industry
Job Duties
- Prepares all food and menu items according to Executive Chef guidance and standardized recipes including soups, appetizers, sides, and main dishes
- Ensures consistent excellence in quality, temperature, and presentation of all food
- Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Complies with standards for personal hygiene and dress code
- Operates and maintains kitchen tools and equipment properly
- Works collaboratively with front-of-house staff to provide quality service to residents
