Job Requirements

- minimum one year related experience required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work full-time
- willingness to work cooperatively with others
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to report health changes promptly
Job Qualifications

- previous food services experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- proficiency in food preparation and sanitation
- ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team
Job Duties
- prepare, cook, and serve food to clients consistent with high-quality standards
- maintain orderly storage and cleanliness of kitchen, dining room, and food storage areas
- check and complete temperature charts for refrigerators and freezers daily
- utilize approved cleaning agents for food preparation, storage and refuse disposal areas
- remove trash and refuse from kitchen, dining, and food storage areas
- use meat slicer and other kitchen equipment safely
- inventory food service items and supplies as directed
