Job Requirements

  • Availability to work evenings and nights on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
  • Experience operating fryers preferred
  • Willingness to participate in paid training and development
  • Ability to work 25 to 35 hours per week
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
  • English proficiency
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior kitchen or food service experience is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • Prep menu items according to recipes
  • Cook menu items ensuring quality and presentation
  • Plate dishes following established standards
  • Operate fryers safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
