Job Requirements
- Availability to work evenings and nights on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Experience operating fryers preferred
- Willingness to participate in paid training and development
- Ability to work 25 to 35 hours per week
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
- English proficiency
- Spanish language skills are a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior kitchen or food service experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work evening and night shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices

- Prep menu items according to recipes
- Cook menu items ensuring quality and presentation
