Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous culinary or food service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain food safety guidelines

Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items according to quality standards
- perform kitchen prep and breading tasks
- operate fry cook and line cook stations
- manage coldside and hotside kitchen duties
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- expo and expedite orders ensuring timely delivery
- assist in dessert station preparation
