Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties
- Follow standardized recipes to prepare menu items and ensure they are presented according to established plating standards
- Accomplish all necessary preliminary assignments in a timely manner
- Arrange and structure workstations according to the specified instructions
- Ensure that food is handled in a safe and hygienic manner at all times
- Before, during each shift, and following the shift, ensure the work area is cleaned and sanitized
- Finish the assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties promptly
