Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cooking or food preparation
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work under pressure
- strong teamwork skills
Job Qualifications

- previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
- good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to company standards
- coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- maintain strong knowledge of menu items and recipe ingredients
- ensure all food temperatures are appropriate (hot items hot)
- follow all company safety and sanitation standards
- communicate effectively with BOH manager or manager on duty
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
