Job Duties
- prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and quality standards
- coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate preparation
- maintain appropriate food temperatures for all menu items
- follow company safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrate knowledge of menu ingredients and preparation methods
- work under pressure in a high-volume setting
- report directly to BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
