Job Duties

  • prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and quality standards
  • coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate preparation
  • maintain appropriate food temperatures for all menu items
  • follow company safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrate knowledge of menu ingredients and preparation methods
  • work under pressure in a high-volume setting
  • report directly to BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
