Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to company quality and service standards
- Coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate preparation
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes
- Ensure all food temperatures are appropriate for menu items
- Follow all company safety and sanitation standards
- Report directly to the BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
- Work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
