Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to company quality and service standards
  • Coordinate orders to ensure timely and accurate preparation
  • Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients used in recipes
  • Ensure all food temperatures are appropriate for menu items
  • Follow all company safety and sanitation standards
  • Report directly to the BOH Manager or Manager on Duty
  • Work effectively in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
