- Proven experience as a line cook in a high volume restaurant
- Ability to work under pressure and to execute duties without supervision
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Availability to work evenings, some weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Prep and stock stations with necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment
- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety guidelines including FIFO and labeling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas including storage areas and equipment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding food orders, inventory, and any issues that may arise
- Able to multitask and work various duties including dishwashing
- Aid banquet team with necessary preparations
