Job Requirements

  • Must have current Utah Food Handler Card
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • able to lift and bend up to 50 lbs
  • able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • able to perform repetitive motions
  • able to work in hot kitchen environment and handle cleaning materials

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Handles all allergy and/or dietary restrictions and modifications
  • accurately follows all orders received from the POS system and/or direction from the expeditor
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen and the entire venue in accordance with Health Department
  • possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execution
  • communicates product needs to the chefs and the support staff
  • required to check cover counts, BEOs and/or Fire Sheets
  • properly sets-up station and performs opening/closing procedures as directed by management
