Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a line cook or related kitchen position preferred
  • Current Utah Food Handler Card required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in hot kitchen environments
  • Capability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook or similar role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes precisely
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possession of a current Utah Food Handler Card

Job Duties

  • Handle all allergy and dietary restrictions and modifications
  • Accurately follow all orders received from the POS system and direction from the expeditor
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen and entire venue in accordance with Health Department
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execution
  • Communicate product needs to the chefs and support staff
  • Check cover counts, BEOs and Fire Sheets as required
  • Properly set-up station and perform opening and closing procedures as directed by management
  • Report all breakage or damage of equipment immediately to management
  • Portray a positive and professional attitude
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Embody integrity and seek continuous improvement
  • Help team members learn
  • Love cooking and being part of a like-minded team
  • Maintain professional appearance standards
  • Hold a current Utah Food Handler Card
