Job Requirements

  • must have prior kitchen or culinary experience
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • willingness to follow kitchen safety protocols
  • strong attention to detail
  • capability to work as part of a team
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen duties
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • knowledge of cooking techniques for meats, seafood, and salads
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
  • coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist with inventory management and stock control
  • support team members in the kitchen to ensure smooth operations
