Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred
- ServSafe training preferred
- Basic math and computer/tablet skills
- Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism

- Available to work different hours including weekends, days, nights, and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and produce menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly including ovens, stoves, mixers, and fryers
- Execute different cuts and proficient knife skills
- Work different kitchen stations and follow multiple recipes
- Assemble salads, desserts, and other pre-prepared items
- Execute various cooking techniques and styles
- Ensure proper quality, freshness, preparation, cooking times, and presentation of all food items
- Maintain clean work environment and kitchen sanitation
- Manage inventory including labeling, consolidating, rotating food items, and cleaning storage areas
- Set up and stock the kitchen line before and after shifts
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Report equipment failure, hazards, or injuries promptly
- Complete tasks efficiently within assigned time frames
- Perform side duties including cleaning and food production as requested
